According to him, the emergence of World Wide Web (WWW) has brought about huge opportunities as well as shedding light on businesses both big and small which hitherto have been operating in the dark.
Speaking in an interview with Today Newspaper, after the 2016 Business and Strategy Conference held in Accra, Mr Kpotufe opined that well developed corporate identity and visibility online helps to increase return on investment.
“Most companies in our part of the world especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), are not visible…which affects their growth. That is why AWC has come to help these companies to bridge the technological gap” he stated.
The Chief Strategist, however, assured the business community that his outfit is ready to provide them with total identity services both online and offline. “This will enable your audience/clients to relate with the business” he added.
Mr Kpotufe explained that the Africa Tech Policy project was been introduced to help develop Africa through technology entrepreneurs whiles the All Africa Business Forum is aimed at connecting Anglophone and Francophone businesses through technology and physical forums.
According to her, many businesses in Ghana are collapsing due to poor customer relations. “Nobody will continue to do business with you when he/she is treated shabbily” she stated.
